The best way to reduce the risk of decay during orthodontic treatment isto keep oral hygiene at a high standard and stop the intake of soft drinks,sports drinks and reduce food containing sugar
To reduce the risk of breakages it is best to avoid
Hard Foods – Nuts, Muesli Bars, Ice
Chewy/Sticky Foods – Minties, Mars Bars, Redskins, Lollies, ChewingGum
